Scope of Repairs
We set out the repairs, materials and trades required. This gives the customer and insurer a clear description of the work needed to restore the property.
Quotation
A detailed quotation is prepared from the agreed scope. It explains the expected costs and helps the insurer or customer review the proposed repairs.
Approval
Work begins once the quotation and scope are approved. We confirm what may proceed and coordinate suitable dates with the customer.
Repairs
Our team completes the agreed building and maintenance work. Where several trades are needed, Sam coordinates them and keeps the customer informed.
Completion
The completed work is checked against the approved scope. We close out the job and confirm that the agreed repairs have been completed.
